By signing up for or using Lumaichef (lumaichef.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Important Food Safety & Recipe Review Notice
Lumaichef provides AI-assisted recipe suggestions and templates. Users and creators are solely responsible for verifying food safety, proper cooking temperatures (especially poultry, meat, and seafood), safe cross-contamination practices, and allergen suitability before preparing, tasting, or publishing recipes to readers.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. WordPress Drafting & Disclaimers
Lumaichef transfers generated recipe data to your connected WordPress site as draft posts. You retain sole editorial responsibility for any content published to your live domains.
